Regression No. 6, October 27th, 2012
I finally had some time to do another regression after a busy summer! With the help of my regression CD, I saw myself in a woods....full of beech trees and in the autumn. I was gathering firewood. Later as I moved along I saw myself older...holding a longbow. I then saw the next significant event in my life as being my marriage. I was married in a cathedral type building, with the beautiful curved arches going high up to the ceiling. My wife was very pretty....long brown hair (with some braids?), wearing a wreath of flowers around her head. I think her first name started with the letter "M".....She had a beautiful smile! I then was guided to know the place and year. I heard the word "Bramford" and knew this to be in England...not that far from London (it's actually 77 miles northeast). I believe the year was 1282. After my marriage I saw myself and my wife running a tavern in a town.

Regression No. 4: Viva La Résistance
I saw myself at the age of 15. I was wearing black boots, roughly knee high. I had on grey clothing that seemed to be wool. I was outside; it was some kind of camp in a wooded area. I got the impression that I was in the Bordeaux region of France. It was 1944. I think I was in the French resistance movement.
The next event I saw was a birthday party. It was for someone who had lived to a very old age (grandfather?). There was music, dancing and wine. A dark haired girl was there. I knew her from the resistance I think.
My occupation was a baker. I saw myself making loaves of bread; the long French bread type of loaf.
My proudest moment was the birth of my son (Stephan?). I believe the mother was the dark haired girl I knew from the resistance.
I believe I died in a car accident. The roads were slick and it was raining. I was in a hilly area with a huge drop off on one side of the road. I slid off after taking a curve to fast. I think I was in a hurry. I think this explains a fear of heights I have in this life....which I did not really know about until I went on a trip to California in 2006. I wanted to see the redwood trees so I drove up into the mountains. I became very nervous. Later, my wife and her sister and husband wanted to hike up onto this huge rock outcrop. I was hugging the wall, back as far as possible from the edge as I could get! It was a total surprise to me how freaked out I was.
I think guilt at not being there to protect my family may have carried over to my current life.

More regressions
Regression No. 2: I saw myself as a female (never thought or wanted that one, lol!) with brown skin and long, black hair. I was wearing some kind of light, silk outfit (think of Jasmine from the cartoon Aladin, hehe), blue in color, sandals, and a thin gold band on the forehead....some kind of red jewel in the center. I was either wealthy or royalty. I felt that the year was around 2500 B.C.?? The place was maybe called Kadesh.... I then saw an army marching off to war....clad all in gold, with spears, cone shaped helmets, banners and flags waving, people cheering and elephants wearing gold & jeweled harnesses. Later I saw myself as a healer....preparing herbal mixtures...helping the sick and poor. I don't think I ever married..........
Regression No. 3: A few weeks after no. 2 regression I tried again.....was disturbed by my kids making noise so I did not get as much on this one. I saw myself wearing buckskin clothing and leather boots with some fringe on them. I was in the woods. I knew the year was 1642. I was somewhere in northeastern United States.....I heard the word Penobscot.....saw some men wearing red walking with a wagon pulled by horses. Later I looked on-line and found that there is an Indian tribe called the Penobsoct who dwell in Maine.
I can see how aspects of these three lives have carried over into my current life. My love of things Celtic/English, my making of herbal concoctions, my love of spices such as curry, ginger, chai tea, etc., my love of nature and native peoples (wanting badly to have a "native" name, which I finally got in 2004; Soaring Eagle, as named by a friend and Cherokee elder, Spotted Hawk).........interesting.....

She Moved Through the Fair
Traditional
My young love said to me, "My mother won't mind
And my father won't slight you for your lack of kine"*
And she stepped away from me and this she did say:
It will not be long, love, till our wedding day"
As she stepped away from me and she moved through the fair
And fondly I watched her move here and move there
And then she turned homeward with one star awake
Like the swan in the evening moves over the lake
The people were saying, no two e'er were wed
But one had a sorrow that never was said
And I smiled as she passed with her goods and her gear,
And that was the last that I saw of my dear.
Last night she came to me, my dead love came in
So softly she came that her feet made no din
As she laid her hand on me and this she did say
"It will not be long, love, 'til our wedding day"
* kine = cows/cattle

Past Life Regression
On Friday (11/11/11) I believe I experienced an actual past life regression or memory. I'm still not sure if it was just my imagination or was something real. I have read a few books on past life regression/hypnosis and was curious to see if it would work for me. I could not afford to see someone in person so I found a free recording on-line to try. I've never been hypnotized before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I put the CD in the player, put on the headphones and laid down on the floor to relax. The session lasted an hour with the first half hour bringing you down into a relaxed/hypnotic state. I was fully aware the entire time....not asleep, but very relaxed....it's a bit like daydreaming. After the 1/2 hour relaxation the actual regression began. I was asked to picture myself at age 15. I had a flash image of myself splitting wood...wearing clothes that looked simple, home made. It was then suggested that I would know what year it was. Immediately, the number 1098 popped into my mind. It was then suggested that I would know the name of the place where I lived. I heard either the word "Cambria" or "Umbria"....and had the impression it was near either Wales or England. I later discovered (unknown to me before) that in northwest England, above Wales, is a region called Cumbria! Now it was suggested to proceed forward in time to the next significant event in my life. I saw a village festival/party, with banners and people dancing. Then I saw her..... a girl (Sarah? Moira?) with long, dark hair and striking blue/grey or green eyes. It was then suggested that I now move forward to the happiest memory. I saw myself in a cottage with my wife (the girl from the town festival) and a little girl about age four. The three of us were hugging....as if I was reunited with them, so glad to be home. The next suggestion mentioned to go to and event where a major decision was made. I remembered something about leaving to go fight in a battle somewhere, that the men were required to do this and that I didn't really want to go. Now I was asked to remember my proudest moment. I think I led a battle charge or something.....
The day after this past life regression, I wanted to try again with a different CD, with a different person speaking, to see if I got results. This session was shorter but I still got a few things. I saw myself by a lake, in the evening, with the same girl I saw in my earlier session. It was suggested that I look at a calendar to know the year.... it was 1102. I think I was proposing marriage to her...
The final thing suggested on my first regression was to ask what lesson I learned from this life. It was to enjoy the simple, every day things like family and just being alive....not to crave glory or adventure. I'm not sure what to make of all this..... did I just dream it up? How did I come up with the name Cumbria? After my first session I felt happy....at peace....like I'm finally finding what I've been searching for all these years.

Are we alone?
Are we alone in the universe? If you believe that the bible is true....then the answer is no. There are angels & demons (fallen angels) as well as other beings such as seraphim, cherubim, etc. I think when many ask this question they mean to ask if there are any other beings who are limited to the physical, three dimensional universe that we humans are currently in. I find it hard to believe that a Creator who filled this earth with so much wonder and variety would only place life on one planet. As far as intelligent life elsewhere, that may be more difficult to answer. I believe there are higher realms/dimensions that are filled with intelligent beings. This may be what many people call "Heaven". If this life is a test (good or evil) then who is to say that after death you do not face more tests in other realms? Could it be that what some people think of as reincarnation is actually memories of another realm/planet.....or even a parallel earth? If our souls are eternal....how can they have a beginning?
